Ever since Maryam became the Chief Minister, she emphasized the need for quality work, and that too in time. She has settled the deadline for the biggest road projects.

CM Maryam announced at a briefing that work on the 93 km Multan-Vihari road and the 189 km Chicha Watni-Layyah road would start on August 13. She was told that on August 13, work would also start on the Sahiwal-Saharani and Bahawalnagar-Jhangra East Interchange routes. She was also informed that on July 31, work on the Faisalabad-Chiniot-Sargodha Road would begin.
She presided over the meeting to evaluate each project included in the Annual Development Program 2024–25, according to the specifics. Chief Minister Maryam directed the Punjab Information Technology Board to create a dashboard for tracking projects in real-time and required all schemes’ Project Concept Papers to be turned in by July 15.
Earlier, many news channels were declaring the Maryam’s first 100 days as the success because of his speed in delivering projects.
