The CDA will establish mega one-window centers in G-11, G-7, and Kahuta to streamline essential services, offering diverse facilities under one roof.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has ordered to complete the process speedily. This initiative aims to provide all the essential features and services under one roof to the residents of Islamabad. To digitalize Islamabad, these services will give a quick breakthrough for the public under one roof.
Each center will have twelve counters for the CDA services and other twelve services provided by FBR, NADRA, Passport services, and other relevant agencies. The first center has been upgraded recently at the G-7 CDA facilitation center. Other centers will follow this service center.
These centers will provide facilities like Identity Cards, licenses, passports, property taxes, vehicle registrations, and pensions. This will also entertain registering FIRs and lodging complaints to provide people with various services.
The basic aim of this initiative is to save people from delays and traveling. All these centers will provide basic services under one-roof.
