Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has accelerated construction work on CBD Walk, a premium retail development located along CBD Route 47 in Lahore.
Officials said the project is progressing ahead of schedule, reflecting strong project management, effective on-site coordination, and full mobilisation of construction resources. CBD Walk is being developed as a high-end retail destination, designed to complement Lahore’s evolving commercial and business environment.
Modern Retail Development with Premium Design
CBD Walk will feature 32 modern retail units, each covering four marlas, offering businesses a premium location supported by contemporary urban planning and modern infrastructure. The project aims to provide an upscale shopping and business experience aligned with international commercial standards.
According to officials, several major construction milestones have already been achieved, including:
Excavation works
Earth compaction
Lean concrete placement
Steel fixing
Raft concrete completion
The completion of these critical stages has allowed construction to move swiftly into the next phases.

With construction advancing at a rapid pace, CBD Walk is steadily moving toward its scheduled completion. Authorities said the development will play a key role in strengthening CBD Punjab’s vision of transforming Lahore into a modern, well-planned commercial and business hub.
